An easy recipe, fast and very rich, I invite you to prepare this pasta with chicken in a red pepper sauce, it is a traditional recipe in my house and the pampered one.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 can Nestle media creama
  • 2 cups torini pasta
  • 500 grams chicken breast, in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons bouillon powder
  • 1/2 onions

Preparation

Place the pasta in a pot with water, a tablespoon of butter, a piece of onion and a handful of salt.
The peppers are put on the fire, once they go into a plastic bag to "sweat".
The chicken is salted and fried in a pan with little oil or butter.
Already "sweat the peppers, washed to remove the burnt skin and devein, placed with the half cream and liquefied.Then this is softened in a frying pan and add the powder powder, to taste.
Serve the pasta and the chicken, bathing them with the cream of morron.

PRESENTATION

A garnish of cooked carrots and broccoli will enhance the eyesight and taste.

TIPS

The pasta should not carry much salt, as the morron sauce will give it the flavor.
