Ingredients

4 portions
  • 200 grams pasta, al dente
  • 1/2 little boats mashed tomatoes
  • 1/2 cream
  • 4 slices salami, in pieces
  • 4 slices pepperoni, in pieces
  • 4 slices Serrano ham, in pieces
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chives, finely chopped
  • 1 to taste cheese, grated
  • 1 to taste salt
  • 1 to taste ground black pepper
  • 1 to taste oregano

Preparation

Make the pasta following the package instructions.
While making the pasta. In another pan or pan put the olive oil. When it is hot you put the cold meats to brown.
When everything is well golden. Add the tomato puree, cream and chives.
Since it is all incorporated seasonings with salt, pepper and oregano.
When it is hot, it starts to bubble, place it on the pasta, mix it, put some grated cheese and serve.

PRESENTATION

I recommend removing a little of the scallion and the golden cold meats to place up to the platter with the cheese. Accompany it with a green salad.

TIPS

You can use any type of cold meats, not necessarily those established here. You can use sausages, ham, turkey breast, roast beef, etc.
