Ingredients

4 servings
  • 200 grams of pasta al dente
  • 1/2 little boat of tomato puree
  • 1/2 cream
  • 4 slices of salami in pieces
  • 4 slices of pepperoni in pieces
  • 4 slices of Serrano ham in pieces
  • 1 teaspoonful of olive oil
  • 1 soup spoon of scallion finely chopped
  • 1 to taste of cheese grated
  • 1 to taste of Salt
  • 1 to taste of ground black pepper
  • 1 to taste of oregano

    Preparation

    Make the pasta following the package instructions.
    While making the pasta. In another pan or pan put the olive oil. When it is hot you put the cold meats to brown.
    When everything is well golden. Add the tomato puree, cream and chives.
    Since it is all incorporated seasonings with salt, pepper and oregano.
    When it is hot, it starts to bubble, place it on the pasta, mix it, put some grated cheese and serve.

    PRESENTATION
