Preparation
In a pot with half of water a little salt and a little oil, cook the pasta until al dente.
In a frying pan over medium heat with a little oil add the finely chopped onions and garlic, seasoning.
Add the cream, the drained mushrooms and salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat until the mushrooms are tender.
Serve the drained pasta with the mushroom sauce.
