Ingredients

6 servings
  • 400 grams of pasta
  • 7 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 can of mushroom in pieces
  • 1 tablespoon of McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 Cube of chicken soup
  • 1 tablespoon of sea salt
  • 2 1/2 liters of Water
  • 100 milliliters of sour cream
  • grated parmesan cheese

    Preparation

    We put a pot on the stove with two and a half liters of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, garlic powder, the coffee maker scoop of grain salt and the seasoning bucket. We let boil.
    Add the pasta and cook the time indicated on the package.
    Strain the pasta and reserve in a refractory.
    Drain the can of mushrooms, and pour the pasta with the remaining olive oil, butter, sour cream and salt and pepper to taste. Mix everything with a large fork avoiding to break the pasta.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
