Preparation
Prepare the pasta according to the package instructions with boiling water with plenty of salt.
Put the chopped spinach under a bowl and once the pasta is ready, add the pasta (previously cast). Stir the pasta with the spinach so that it is cooked with the heat of the pasta.
Add the pesto and the vinegar little by little, trying to make sure the flavor is the desired one. Season with enough salt and pepper and add the previously defrosted peas. If you like, add the avocado in cubes.
Serve a little hot or at room temperature as you like.
