Pasta with Seafood in Lemon Cream

  • 1/2 kilos seafood, pre cooked
  • 2 cups lemon juice
  • 1 cup fresh scallion, chopped
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cups Rum
  • 1/2 kilos sour cream
  • parmesan cheese, to taste
  • 250 grams fusilli pasta
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • 1/4 onions
  • black pepper, to taste


Chop the seafood and place in a bowl, add the lemon juice and season it to taste. Let it rest for 20 min.
While marinating the seafood, put the pasta together with the oregano, salt and onion. When the first boil starts let about 6 minutes and check that al dente, when the pasta is, remove it from the water and put it in cold water for a moment to pass the cooking of the pasta, remove it from the water and let it rest.
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and add the seafood mixture with the lemon, add the rum when you release the first boil add the cream and a little salt to highlight the flavor, when it is well sewn remove from the heat and add the Parmesan cheese to taste.
In a pan sauté the pasta with the butter and add a little more oregano and salt to season the pasta.
To serve it, place a bed of pasta on an extended single plate and pour the seafood on top with a little lemon cream from the seafood.


You can decorate it with a bit of chopped scallion to highlight the chives flavor and give it a little color.


You can accompany it, with a garnish of boiled potatoes and sautéed in butter.
