Ingredients

2 portions
  • 56 grams penne pasta, without cooking
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic, powdered
  • 28 grams goat cheese, with pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 56 grams fresh spinach
  • 1/4 cups milk, half-skimmed
  • to taste cheese, grated

Preparation

Read the complete recipe. Remove all the ingredients and utensils and have them at hand.
Boil about 3 cups of salted water in a small pot.
As the water begins to boil, wash the spinach and divide into two equal parts.
When the water is boiling place the pasta in the pot, let it simmer for 7 to 10 minutes until it is al dente (soft but firm).
While the pasta is being made, turn the oven to 75 ° C to warm it up.
Put in the blender: garlic powder, goat cheese with pepper, salt, half of the spinach and milk. Blend at low speed until smooth and creamy. Reserve.
Place the other half of the spinach in the container where you will serve the pasta. Put it in the oven for about five minutes to keep it warm.
Drain the pasta and place over the bowl with the spinach, mix. Go pouring the sauce that is in the blender little by little until coating the pasta and spinach.
Normally with the coarse sauce, but you can season the pasta more with salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle the grated cheese and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a Pinot Grigio wine.

TIPS

If you do not want to light the oven you can use a microwave to heat the platter with spinach for 2 and a half minutes. The quantities of the ingredients are for 2 people but they can be multiplied according to the number of diners without affecting the time

Deliciosa! Muy fácil de hacer pero si van a hacer más porciones recuerden que las espinacas ya contienen mucha agua por lo que deben considerarlo al multiplicar la cantidad de leche que van a usar. Enjoy!
