Penne Pasta with Meat Sauce

Because there is nothing like homemade food, we prepare this recipe of Penne Pasta with Meat Sauce made with the perfect complement to give it that delicious touch. This easy recipe has grated Manchego cheese, which will give it a unique texture.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water
  • 250 jars macaroni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 200 grams ground beef, beef, low fat
  • 200 grams ground beef, pork, low fat
  • 1 carrot, finely chopped
  • 2 stems celery, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® Beef Broth
  • 1 liter Water
  • 16 tablespoons Knorr® My Tomato
  • 1 branch oregano, fresh
  • 1 branch basil, fresh
  • 4 tablespoons manchego cheese, grated
  • enough basil, fresh, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
In a pot of boiling water, cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions, taking care not to overcook it. Drain and reserve.
In a pan over medium heat, add the onion and garlic with a little olive oil. Add the meats and cook until they change color. Add the carrot, celery and Knorr® beef broth, cook about 10 minutes over low heat and set aside.
In a pot of boiling water, dissolve the contents of Knorr® Mi Tomate and cook for two minutes. Season with oregano and basil, remove from cooking.
In a oven proof dish, pour the pasta and meat. Bathe with the sauce and sprinkle the Manchego cheese.
Bake until the cheese is grated and served with basil.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a green salad.

TIPS

Do not overcook the pasta, because it will take a second bake in the oven.
