Pasta with shrimp

The pasta with shrimp is a complete meal since it contains in addition to the shrimp vegetables. It is very nutritious and in our house we all love it.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo shrimp, cut in 3
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 onions
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 400 short pasta
  • 80 grams broccoli

Preparation

Cook the pasta in water according to the package instructions.
Put the broccoli to steam. When they are ready, remove them and immediately put them in a bowl with water and ice (this will make the green color set and bright).
In a pan with a little oil put the garlic and onion let sauté a little while. When the onion is tender, add the shrimp.
Let cook for about 2-3 minutes and add the tomato.
Finally add the broccoli.
Salpimenta to taste.
