The penne poblano is the Mexican version of pasta. With this facílisima sauce to make and you will not want to eat another pasta that is not.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 200 grams penne pasta
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 onions, chopped
  • 80 grams fresh coriander, chopped
  • 40 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup cream
  • 3 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled and seeded
  • oils

Preparation

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve.
In a pan with a little oil put the garlic and onion, add the cilantro. Blend with chilies, cream, salt, pepper and cream cheese.
Sauté the sauce in a pan so that it thickens a little.
Add the sauce on the pasta.
