The green pasta with pesto is a very traditional recipe of Italian cuisine. It is a simple preparation to cook, in which with few elements you achieve a delicious dish.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 350 grams fusilli pasta
  • 350 grams penne pasta
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cups pesto, in sauce
  • 280 grams spinach
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1 1/2 cups pea
  • 1/3 cups pinion
  • 3/4 teaspoons salt
  • 3/4 teaspoons ground black pepper

Preparation

Cook the fusilli and penne separately in a large pot with boiling water and salt.
Drain the noodles and put them in a bowl with the olive oil. Cool at room temperature. Place the pesto, spinach and lemon juice in a blender. Add the mayonnaise to the mixture.
Then, pour the pesto mixture into the pasta while it cools and add the Parmesan cheese, the peas, the pine nuts, the salt and the pepper.
