Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of penne pasta From Luigi
  • 125 grams of Serrano ham in small strips
  • 250 grams of asparagus
  • 150 grams of cheap shrimp
  • 125 grams of Gouda cheese
  • 350 grams of cream
  • 45 grams of Butter
  • 100 grams of onion finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • drizzle of milk

    Preparation

    Disinfect asparagus, cut into pieces of 2 cms. approximately, cook them in boiling salted water for a few minutes until they are tender, save 150 ml. of cooking water.
    Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat, add the onion until golden brown.
    Add the Serrano Ham, sauté until it changes color to a light color. Incorporate the shrimp.
    Add asparagus, raise the heat between medium and strong, add the reserved cooking water and wait until it evaporates.
    I added cream, cheese and a piping of milk over low heat for a few minutes. Remove and save to one side
    Place about two liters of water in a large pot over high heat until it boils, add salt and a teaspoon of oil so that the paste does not stick. Pour the pasta into the pot until it is cooked al dente.
    Strain and mix with previously stored sauce.
    Serve and enjoy this delicious pasta

    PRESENTATION

    Serve on a plate and accompany it with a good wine competition.

    TIPS

    You can add Parmesan cheese to taste and accompany with pieces of toasted roll with garlic butter.
