Ingredients

4 portions
  • 60 grams tomtato, grated natural
  • 200 grams Turkey, steaks
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams pasta
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 lemons, get the juice
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 75 grams Emmental cheese, grated
  • salt
  • ground peppers

Preparation

Cut the turkey fillets into regular cubes.
Mix the lemon juice with the soy sauce and sprinkle the turkey with this preparation.
Season with salt and ground pepper.
Fry the turkey in the hot oil.
Remove and reserve. Sauté the peeled and chopped onion and garlic (in the same oil to brown the turkey) until they are transparent.
Add the grated tomato.
Season with sugar, salt and ground pepper.
Cook over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Incorporate the turkey and continue cooking for 5 more minutes. Reserve hot.
Heat water with salt and, when it breaks to boil, toss the pasta.
Cook for 12 minutes. Drain and mix with tomato and turkey preparation.
Transfer to the serving dishes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with the grated cheese in a separate bowl.

La cocine a medias porque solo acompañe los ravioles con el sofrito de tomate rayado, porque no tenía al alcance todos los ingredientes y los ravioles estaban rellenos de queso y espinaca.
