Preparation
Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and leave al dente. Reserve.
Season the shrimp and seal on both sides in olive oil.
Once the shrimp are browned, add the cream and the chopped parsley. Rectify seasoning
In a refractory spread the butter and arrange the pasta.
Pour the mixture of shrimp and cream with the parsley.
Pour a layer of Parmesan cheese to taste.
Cover the refractory with aluminum foil and bake at 150 degrees until lightly grating the Parmesan cheese.
Serve immediately.
