Preparation
Boil enough water with a little sea salt, when it breaks the boil add the pasta. Let cook until it is al dente approximately 10-12 minutes.
Chop the onion, tomato and carrot in squares.
Place the can of peas, the onion, the tomato and the chopped carrot in a deep bowl.
Mix everything together with the mayonnaise and cream. Salpimenta to taste.
Remove the pasta from the fire, drain it and for cooking, going through cold water.
Add the cooked pasta to the bowl, mix carefully so as not to break the screws.
Finely chop the coriander and add to the serving time.
