Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams short pasta
  • 2 cans Carnation milk
  • 250 grams pepperoni
  • 300 grams yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Swiss Knorr, powdered
  • 1 teaspoon oil

Preparation

Cook the pasta in boiling water with a tablespoon of oil.
Brown the pepperoni, remove the grease with a napkin, cut it into squares.
In the blender put the carnation milk, the pepperoni, the yellow cheese and the teaspoon of Swiss knorr.
Blend, bring to medium heat until the cream is heated.
Once the pasta is cooked, strain it and add the cream.
