This pasta is a comfortable dish, easy to prepare and that does not sacrifice the delicious slightly acid flavor that the tomatoes provide, a little spicy and seasoned by garlic and onion and the herbal that is enhanced thanks to McCORMICK Sea Salt with fine herbs ®.

TIPS

Slowly cook the sauce so that the flavor is better concentrated.
Poaching is a technique in which you make a superficial cross-shaped cut in the lower part of the tomatoes, cook them for two minutes in boiling water (until the skin peels off, that is visible), carefully remove and place in ice water to stop cooking, then remove skin and remove seeds. You can also find poached tomatoes at the supermarket.
