This combination of flavors is classic, since pasta and seafood are accentuated with the flavor, unctuousness and dairy taste of butter, which makes it an ideal combination, delicious, easy to prepare and to show off at any meal.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • enough Water, for pasta
  • enough sea ​​salt, for pasta
  • 1 package fettuccine pasta, (250 g)
  • 6 tablespoons Kerrygold® butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely laminated
  • 2 cups shrimp, clean, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 cups parsley
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili flake

Preparation

Heat a pot with plenty of water until it boils, once the bubble is large, add enough amount of sea salt and wait for it to boil again, then pour the fettuccine and cook for 10 minutes.
While the pasta is cooking, simultaneously, heat a pan to high temperature, add the Kerrygold® Butter, garlic and cook for 1 minute, add the shrimp, lemon juice, parsley, season with salt, pepper and flake of chili, and cook for 4 minutes and stir constantly.
Add the cooked pasta to the pan with the shrimp and cook for 3 minutes to integrate the flavors.
Serve the pasta hot with shrimp and accompany with arugula salad.
