Ingredients

  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 120 grams guajillo chili
  • 2 teaspoons onion, finely chopped
  • 150 grams panela cheese, in cubes
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Cook the pasta and reserve it.
With the help of scissors, cut the guajillo pepper into small rings, sprinkle a pan with 3 shots of PAM® Oliva, sauté the garlic, onion, guajillo chili, add the spaghetti and spray one by one 8 shots of PAM® Olive in enveloping form.

PRESENTATION

Add the cubes of panela cheese to the pasta, season with salt, and serve.
