This spaghetti with dehydrated tomato takes a creamy sauce with touches of white wine and is sprinkled with parmesan and basil. It is a simple pasta recipe that you can prepare for any casual lunch or dinner, very quick to prepare.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1/2 Cup of olive oil
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • 1 Cup of dehydrated tomato chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of dry white wine
  • 1 1/2 cups of chicken consommé
  • 1 1/2 cups of thick cream
  • 1/2 kilo of spaghetti pasta thin
  • 1 bunch of cambray onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of basil sliced
  • Parmesan cheese grated

    Preparation

    Heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, add the tomatoes and leave for 1 minute. Add the wine, broth, and cream and let it thicken about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
    Cook the pasta al dente according to package instructions.
    Drain the pasta and put it on a platter.
    Add the chopped onion and half of the basil to the sauce, leave for 1 minute over medium heat.
    Add the sauce to the pasta and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and remaining basil.

    TIPS

    You can also add artichoke hearts and it's very tasty.
