This recipe of spaghetti with tomato sauce is a classic recipe for the whole family that everyone loves; It is the favorite of guys and adults.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams pasta
  • 10 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 leaves basil
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Sauté garlic in the oil and butter until it begins to brown.
Add the diced tomatoes and cook for 15 minutes, until the juice starts to come out and change color.
Add the basil, pepper and salt.
Parallel in a pot, boil 4 liters of water with two tablespoons of oil, and a few slices of onion.
When the water begins to bubble, add the pasta.
Cook the pasta in the boiled water for about 8 - 12 minutes (until it is "al dente").
"Al dente" refers to when the pasta is tender on the outside and slightly firmer at the center.
Remove the paste from the water with a strainer and bathe in cold water to stop cooking the pasta (otherwise there is a risk of being overcooked)
Add the sauce to the pasta, followed by the cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve in bowls with grated Parmesan cheese.

TIPS

Make sure the pasta is "al dente", tender on the outside with a slightly firmer center.
