The Bolognese pasta recipe with turkey stuffing is delicious and will get you out of a hurry. If the next day of the Christmas dinner you receive unexpected guests, you know how to cook them. A very simple recipe, which takes advantage of leftovers from the previous day.

4 portions
  • leftover turkey, necessary amount
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 300 milliliters mashed tomatoes
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 15 milliliters olive oil
  • 200 grams parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 liters Water
  • 5 bay (laurel)


Cook the pasta in water with bay leaves. Take care that the pasta is al dente (a little raw inside).
Heat a pan. add olive oil and add the turkey. Add the puree and rectify the seasoning. Be careful not to dry the preparation.
Once cooked the spaghetti, sauté it in the pan with the sauce and the turkey, season and serve. Once served, sprinkle some Parmesan cheese.


Present the pasta with fresh basil leaves.


Cook the pasta with plenty of water and enough salt.

muy rica me saco del apuro Se puede preparar estilo lasagna en lugar de espaguetti, solo alternar pasta y carne con pure de tomate preparado o barilla y crema y queso dos capas y al horno tapado con capa de pasta y sobre la cama mas tomate y queso

Sabrosa Es fácil de preparar. En la casa se prepara con lomo de cerdo molido como picadillo. También puede ser de salchichas, de atún. O cualquier carne que desde ponerle. Al puré le agrego por un kilogramo de puré de tomate una barra de mantequilla o margarina y bu no provecho. 2004.gabriel@gmail.com
