Preparation
Cook the pasta with a garlic, salt and 1/4 onion for about 20 minutes.
Devein the chiles.
Cut and grind the chiles with 2 garlic, 1/4 onion, three tablespoons of cream, and half a cup of milk.
In a pan, sauté the sauce (for 10 minutes) with a little oil or butter. Add salt if necessary.
Once cooked, the pasta is drained and incorporated into the sauce.
You can add cheese (optional).
