Who does not like pasta .. !! and what better to be an integral pasta and low in fat, accompanied with a variety of vegetables and especially very very rich.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 package of spaghetti integral
  • 1 glass of cream low fat
  • 1/4 of Cup of pea peeled
  • 1 bunch of spinach
  • onions
  • 1 drizzle of olive oil

    Preparation

    Put water to boil for the pasta with a little salt.
