Preparation
We prepare the pasta according to the package instructions.
Heat a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add butter and olive oil. Once the butter has melted, increase the heat and add the shrimp. Cook for a minute and then turn the shrimp over, add the garlic, red pepper and cook for another minute. Be careful not to cook the shrimp more than necessary or they will be hard. Put the shrimp aside in a warm dish.
Add the wine, the juice and the lemon zest. Pepper. With the high heat let our wine sauce boil for 2 to 3 minutes.
Reduce the heat to medium, add the shrimp and parsley and stir until everything is covered with the sauce.
Serve immediately over our pasta and sprinkle Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over each portion served.
