Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti, # 5 De Luigi High Protein
  • 300 grams squid, american in hoops
  • 16 shrimps, medium without shell
  • 150 grams pea
  • 6 tomatoes, in cubes
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 glass Water
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a pan fry the olive oil, the shallot, the squid rings and the glass with water.
Let it cook until the squids are soft, add the cubes of tomato, the peas, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes.
Cook the pasta according to the instructions of the package, drain and hot mix with the seasoning.

TIPS

Instead of echalote you can use garlic combined with onions.
