Ingredients

6 servings
  • 500 grams of spaghetti # 5 De Luigi High Protein
  • 300 grams of squid american in hoops
  • 16 shrimps medium without shell
  • 150 grams of pea
  • 6 tomatoes in cubes
  • 2 shallots finely chopped
  • 6 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 glass of Water
  • Salt
  • black pepper

    Preparation

    In a pan fry the olive oil, the shallot, the squid rings and the glass with water.
    Let it cook until the squids are soft, add the cubes of tomato, the peas, salt, pepper and cook for 5 minutes.
    Add the shrimp and cook for 5 more minutes.
