Noodles in Pepper Sauce

This recipe is taught to me by my mother and is very rich and nutritious because it takes milk and always made this recipe I dedicate to her because I know where she is happy and it is not very expensive and I know that she will like it and it is easy to cook.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1/2 kilos noodle pasta, of your preference
  • 3 red peppers
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Cook the noodles to your liking but I advise you al dente.
In a pan fry finely chopped garlic.
Then toss the chopped onion into squares.
Then wash the seeds out of the red pepper and cut them into a small bowl and put them in the pan to fry together with the others.
After golden brown, put them in a blender and liquefy them.
After liquefying pour in a pot a little to cook them and 5 minutes from there you turn off the game and make the milk and salt to taste.
The noodles drain and empty in a bowl and mix the other ingredients prepared and ready.
Serve to taste.

PRESENTATION

Serve with potatoes or if not well no more.

TIPS

The noodles should not be too cooked al dente.
