This is a quick pasta made in a casserole, very simple since all the ingredients are cooked inside the casserole and it is spectacular.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, cut in half
  • fresh basil leaves
  • 1 onion, girl
  • 2 garlic, cut into slices
  • pepperoncino Italian crush red pepper , to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • olive oils
  • parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Chop the onion in julienne.
Cut the garlic into slices.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Place 2 cups of water in a saucepan.
Add the pasta, the onion, the garlic, the cherry tomatoes and the basil.
Season and add the peperoncino.
Wait 10-15 minutes until the pasta has cooked and the water almost evaporated.
Serve with a drizzle of olive oil, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and some basil leaves.

A través de Android Se desbarataron los jitomates cherry. Aunque tiene buen sabor la pasta. Yo sugiero agregar los jitomates casi al final de la cocción o incluso dejarlos crudos.
