This paste with guajillo chili is a good option for main course, it has shrimp and a spicy touch that you will love, and the best thing is that in less than 25 minutes it will be ready.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bags pasta, Feather (500 g)
  • 3 guajillo chilies, without seeds
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 300 grams medium shrimp
  • 1 cup mashed tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, washed, disinfected and dry. Finely chopped.

Preparation

In a large pot, heat water over high heat and when it breaks the boil add the pasta and cook for 12 minutes or until it is al dente. Strain and reserve.
In a blender, grind the peppers until you get a fine powder.
In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the garlic. Add the chili powder and immediately the shrimp. Cook until the shrimp change color and are cooked inside.
Add the pasta to the shrimp mixture and fry it for a few minutes. Add the tomato puree, cook for 5 minutes and season.
Add the chopped parsley.

PRESENTATION

Serve with slices of rustic baguette.

TIPS

To prevent the pasta from overcooking, drain it and pour it in cold water quickly.

Deliciosa Lo más difícil fue hacer el polvo de chile guajillo...parecían papalotes los chiles guajillos volando por el.caso de la licuadora.
