Give your pasta a twist with this delicious poblano sauce has the perfect consistency that will surprise your whole family.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 package of spaghetti
  • 1 Cup of cream
  • 2 pieces of poblano pepper
  • 1/4 of piece of onion filleted
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 100 grams of Cotija cheese
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • Water the needed
  • 2 spoonfuls of chicken consommé

    Preparation

    Cook the pasta in boiling water with salt and a little oil.
    Grill the poblano peppers, place in a plastic bag for 10 minutes, clean and blend with the cream.
    Drain the pasta and stop cooking with a little cold water.
    In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and fry the garlic with the onion until transparent.
    Add the cream mixture, season with the broth and add the pasta. Mix and heat for 5 minutes.
    Decorate with cotija cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    You can reserve fine slices of roasted poblano pepper to decorate the pasta with the grated cotija cheese.

    TIPS

    Wrap the roasted poblano peppers in a plastic bag so that they sweat faster.
