  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • aromatic herbs, to cook the pasta

  • 2 green bell peppers, medium
  • 4 branches fresh coriander
  • 2 jalapeño peppers
  • 75 grams light cream cheese
  • 200 grams sour cream, Light
  • 3/4 cups lactose-free milk, o light
  • 1 pinch garlic salt
  • parmesan cheese


Place in a saucepan 1 liter of water, the spoonful of olive oil and some herbs, when the water starts to boil, add the package of La Moderna spaghetti, wait for 8 to 10 minutes. The pasta must be cooked and turn off the stove.
Drain the La Moderna paste in a large sieve, removing the remains of the smelling herbs that may have been integrated. Open the tap of the cold water and rinse the paste with it. This last action must be very fast and brief
In the blender glass add the peppers, which is suggested to chop them in 4 parts so that they can be easily ground, the cilantro, the chiles cuaresmeños, the cream cheese, the cream and the milk. Grind until all the ingredients are perfectly integrated. Note. Remember to wash and disinfect vegetables very well.
