To make a creamy red spaghetti you do not need to spend much time or spend much time in the kitchen, much less if you follow the step by step of this recipe. Prepare a delicious red spaghetti with butter ham, au gratin with mozzarella cheese with just a few minutes in the oven. This looks like the typical cream spaghetti, but it will have a touch of Natural Tomato Puree from Fuerte®.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • enough Water
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 package Spaghetti, (500 g)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 cups Ham, diced
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Pure Natural Tomato Puree®
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
  • enough parsley, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a pot with boiling water add salt and pasta, cook until smooth, strain and reserve.
In a pan, heat the butter and cook the ham until golden brown, add the pasta and add the sour cream and the Fuerte® Natural Tomato Puree; Season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
Place the previous preparation in a refractory, cover with the mozzarella cheese, gratin the cheese in the oven, remove and sprinkle with the parsley.
Serve on a plate decorated with parsley.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chopped parsley.

TIPS

If you do not have an oven, you can cover with aluminum foil so that with the same heat, the cheese is melted on the stove.
