Ingredients

4 servings
  • 250 grams of Mix California "La Huerta"
  • 2 cups of pasta Dry type Rottini
  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • 1/4 of piece of onion chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of milk whole
  • 4 spoonfuls of dehydrated tomato
  • 5 leaves of basil
  • 10 pieces of cherry tomato match in 4
  • garlic salt to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

    Preparation

    Defrost the California "La Huerta" Mixture in the microwave.
    Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
    Cut the chicken into cubes of 2 cm. approximately and season with salt and pepper.
    Heat a pan with a little oil and fry the chicken until well cooked.
    Blend the dehydrated tomatoes together with the cream, milk and basil leaves.
    In a medium skillet sauté the onion, add the liquefied sauce and season with garlic salt, salt and pepper. Cook for 4 minutes.
    Add California Mix "La Huerta", chicken and pasta, mix and cook for 2 min.
    Garnish with the cherry tomatoes.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    Substitute the chicken for shrimp.
