Preparation
Cut the peeled celery and zucchini into small cubes.
Filete and chop onion, peppers and tomatoes both without seeds.
Fry the vegetables in oil until they soften.
Beat the cream with the yolks and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
Mix in a large pan the vegetables with the pasta and over medium flame add the egg cream and cook 3 minutes.
Serve hot with Parmesan cheese.
