Delicious, creamy and substantial coriander pasta. Perfect for the days you do not want to eat animal protein. At a dinner you will look like no one when present. : D

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti, 400 grams approx
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 ulna consommé
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 1 cup cream
  • butter
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water and sea salt, cook the pasta for 11 minutes, or until it is al dente.
In the blender jar put the cilantro, evaporated milk, cream, seasoning bucket and garlic. Blend until everything is integrated.
In a frying pan melt the butter necessary to sauté the sauce, when it is about to let boil, add the pasta. Season to taste and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with a few leaves of cilantro and Parmesan cheese on top.

TIPS

If the cilantro cream was reduced by the boil and you see that it was dry the pasta adds milk.
