  • 2 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup cremini mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cups pinion
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, freshly grated, to gratinate

Preparation
