Prepare this easy recipe for Spaghetti Alfredo with Baked Mushrooms. This long pasta with mushrooms and portobellos will delight you.   • enough salt
  • 1 package Spaghetti La Moderna®
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 teaspoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 portobello mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 2 cups mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup cremini mushroom, filleted
  • 1 cup white wine
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 cups pinion
  • 1/4 cups walnut, chopped
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, freshly grated, to gratinate


Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.(393F)

Drain, cool and reserve. Remember to leave your pasta slightly hard, as it takes another bake in the oven, so there it will finish cooking and stay at the exact point.
