  • 2 pieces of Portobello mushroom finely chopped
  • 2 cups of mushroom filleted
  • 1 Cup of cremini mushroom filleted
  • 1 Cup of White wine
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of pinion
  • 1/4 of Cup of walnut chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • 1 Cup of Gouda cheese freshly grated, to gratinate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.(393F)
    In a pot set the water to boil and when it boils add the salt, wait for it to recover its temperature and add the Spaghetti La Moderna® Brand, cook according to the package instructions, leaving the pasta slightly raw. Drain, cool and reserve.
