The spaghetti with meatballs is always delicious, prepare this version of spaghetti cake stuffed with meatballs with chorizo, bacon and cheese, cooked in a red wine tomato sauce. A very original way to eat this classic.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilo of ground beef for meatballs
  • 1 piece of egg for meatballs
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion finely chopped for meatballs
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped for meatballs
  • 1 Cup of Parmesan for meatballs
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley finely chopped for meatballs
  • 1/2 Cup of bacon golden and finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of sausage golden and finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of mozzarella cheese cut into cubes
  • 3 liters of Water
  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil for the sauce
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter for the sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Garlic finely chopped for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of White onion finely chopped for the sauce
  • 2 cups of tomato can, poached, finely chopped for sauce
  • 1 Cup of tomato puree for the sauce
  • 1/2 Cup of Red wine for the sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of beef broth for the sauce
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 Cup of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    For the meatballs, mix all the ingredients in a bowl until integrating. Season to your liking with salt and pepper, form small meatballs, stuffed with mozzarella cheese and reserve.
    Heat a pot with the water until it reaches a boiling point, add the salt, cook the pasta according to the package instructions, strain and reserve.
    For the sauce, heat a pan with the olive oil, seal the meatballs on all sides remove from the pan. Right there add the butter, cook the garlic with the onion, add the tomato, and the tomato puree, cook 10 minutes. Add the wine, the beef broth, the meatballs that you reserved, season and cook until you reduce the liquid and cook the meatballs completely.
    In a mold for thread, place a little of the sauce and cheese, add a little pasta, meatballs, cheese and stuffed with more pasta until the mold is complete, bake 10 minutes removed from the oven, remove the mold and place more cheese to melt with the heat.
    Cut and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve with more cheese and fresh basil leaves.

    You can cut your cold spaghetti cake so that the slice is perfect and then heat.
