Ingredients

6 portions
  • 600 grams Spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 50 grams butter
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 tablespoons oil

Preparation

Boil the water with the spaghetti, a teaspoon of oil, the clove of garlic and salt to taste. Approximately 10 minutes later, drain the spaghetti and remove the onion and garlic clove.
Melt the butter in the casserole and add the previously cooked spaghetti, then add the cream, salt and pepper; mix everything and let warm 5 minutes.
It serves.

TIPS

You can add pieces of ham to the spaghetti, it gives a spectacular touch. You can accompany with any meat, but it is better with the breasts to the cordon blue or breaded breasts.
