Preparation
Boil a large saucepan with 5 liters of water.
Cut the tips of the asparagus. Cut the end to 5 cm. From the tip, divide it in two.
Put salt in the water. Add the tips and boil until they are cooked but crisp and green. Remove them from the water with a perforated spoon and let them cool a little.
Cook the pasta, in the same water where you cooked the asparagus, according to the time indicated on the package and drain.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the turkey ham. Fry until the butter begins to brown. Add the cream and boil again. Add some freshly ground pepper.
Add to the cream the tips of the asparagus and mix, the cream should already be thick.
Pour the pasta to a hot dish. Add the sauce and the parmesan, stir to cover and taste the salt and pepper before serving.
