Preparation
File the garlic, the onion, the chipotles and chop them with the parsley.
Fry the garlic, onion, chipotle and parsley in butter until they are golden.
Add the mushrooms, at 5 minutes the flour is stirred and bathed with the beer. Cook until the mushrooms are tender.
Add the cream, season with salt and cook until everything is well amalgamated.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions.
In a large saucepan, sauté the pasta with the mushroom seasoning.
