My recipe was inspired by me for my family, my great passion and what I do best, is cooking, all the time I'm thinking of cooking something new and different so that it's not boring, this recipe I started to think of the day I saw the publication of the contest, search and search but none convinced me, then I went to the market and saw the beautiful and colorful pumpkin flowers and that's when I decided to make a spaghetti in cream of pumpkin flower, I loved my recipe, my family tried it and gave the go-ahead, for me it's a different way to try the pumpkin flowers that apart from beautiful with this combination of epazote, corn and cream grains are delicious and grilled chicken gives that complementary touch.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 bunches squash blossom
  • 1/2 onions, girl, filleted
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups corn kernels, cooked
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 4 chicken milanesa (breaded)
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups corn oil
  • 1/3 sticks butter
  • pending, and pepper to taste

Preparation

Put on the stove with fire a pot with water and salt to boil, large enough to cook our spaghetti for 10 to 15 minutes over medium heat.
Then in a saucepan we put a little oil with the butter and put it on the stove over medium heat, (the oil is so that it does not burn the butter and bringing the two gives more flavor to our dish).
We add the corn kernels just one cup, the other ½ cup is for the decoration of the dish already served.
Let stir fry a little and then add the flowers and the leaves of epazote about five of the two twigs, let it season this and add a half cup of water, for about five minutes, the water just to help that is not so Thicken our cream.
After five minutes we add the cream, salt and pepper to taste, cover and let it be integrated and cooked for about ten minutes.
On the other hand, in our pan of boiling water we cook the pasta, about 7 or 8 minutes.
The sauce, if it has already boiled, remove from the heat, let warm and liquefy well, and pass through a sieve our sauce, and return to the pot to integrate our pasta already cooked and leave them on low heat for about five or seven minutes so that integrate pasta and sauce.
The breasts we put salt, pepper and we cook them in a pan of 10 to 12 minutes and we reserve.

PRESENTATION

Emplatado Put the pasta with the cream on a plate, put squares of panela cheese, some granites of corn, the chicken breast in strips and sprinkle epazote filleted. A dish inspired by me for my family is delicious.

TIPS

Clean your flowers and chop the onion and garlic all predisposed to be short preparation, and have a fast and delicious meal.

Nos pareció riquísima, solo que en lugar de agua al sazonar la flor de calabaza, te recomiendo agregar leche y nos quedó más cremosa, pero muy rica!!
