Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti, # 5 De Luigi High Protein
  • 250 grams Dehydrated tomatoes, chopped
  • 10 leaves basil, fresh, chopped
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 chile de árbol peppers, chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

In a frying pan, fry the garlic, the chile de árbol, the tomatoes, the basil and salt and pepper in the oil.
Cook the pasta according to package directions and drain.
Pour the pasta into the pan, sauté with the other ingredients and serve hot.

TIPS

We recommend sprinkling some Parmesan cheese on top.
