Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti, De Luigi from La Moderna
  • 400 grams sole, or hake
  • 15 black olives
  • 15 green olives
  • 2 garlic, matches in half
  • 1/2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1 glass dry white wine
  • 10 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Fry the garlic, 2 tablespoons of parsley and the fish in the oil.
After 5 minutes add the wine, let evaporate and add the olives salt and pepper, careful not to overcook the fish.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
Mix in a pot the pasta with the seasoning and over medium flame sauté until integrated.
Serve hot garnishing with parsley.
