  • 1 package spaghetti, The modern cooked al dente
  • 1 kilo shrimp, clean without peel
  • 8 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 cups roasted peanut
  • 1/2 cups wheat flour
  • 1/2 cups cornstarch
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten with 2 tablespoons of water
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 4 cambray onions, slices
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 6 chile de árbol peppers
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar


Mix cornstarch and flour in a bowl; Pass the shrimp through the egg and then through the flour mixture.
Fry the shrimp in plenty of hot oil and reserve.
Mix the vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
Heat a wok or large skillet, add the sesame oil and sauté the onion, garlic, green chilies and peanuts for a couple of minutes while stirring.
Add the shrimp, the sauce and mix until the sauce thickens slightly.
Add the noodles and sauté to integrate flavors. Enjoy


Serve hot, I recommend you put some rolled spaghetti and decorate with the other ingredients.

Se le cae toda el harina a los camarones. Nuca dice en qué momento se pone el jengibre

En los ingredientes dice 1 cucharadita de jengibre rallado, pero en la preparación nunca aparece.

Está muy fácil de preparar y de conseguir los ingredientes , el único pero que yo le veo es que sale muy seco con esa porción de soya yo le puse el doble de soya , vinagre de arroz y azúcar y aún así sale muy seco pero tiene muy buen sabor
