Delicious and practical recipe of Spaghetti with Vegetables and Seafood to give an exquisite taste to your palate in a fast and simple way. Concentrate the nutrients (Proteins and Carbohydrates) needed for a complete meal.


4 portions
  • 2 onions
  • 1/2 peppers, Red
  • 1/2 peppers, yellow
  • 1/2 peppers, orange
  • 7 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot, grated medium
  • 3 tomatoes, medium
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 800 grams shellfish, assortments (squid, octopus, shrimp, mussels, etc.)
  • 400 grams spaghetti pasta
  • salt
  • black pepper


Chop the onions, peppers and tomatoes in small squares.
In a large saucepan sauté the oil with onions, peppers and garlic over medium heat until the onion crystallizes.
At this point of the stir-fry, add the tomato and carrot, salt and pepper to taste, cook for 20 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
Add the seafood to the vegetables and cook for 10 more minutes over medium heat.
Cook the Spaguetti in a separate pot, without taking it al dente.
After 10 minutes of cooking (after incorporating the seafood) the Spaghetti is added.
Cook the preparation until the pasta has the final desired consistency.
Serve and enjoy.


Accompany your meal with a glass of white wine to finish pampering as it should be.


In step # 5, the Spaghetti is not cooked to the desired point, this is because, when it is incorporated into the preparation it softens a little more, in addition to being enriched with the flavor of the vegetables and seafood.
