Try this delicious recipe of spaghetti poblano with spinach, it is simple to prepare and it is delicious. It is perfect to share with the family or on the occasion that you prefer.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 500 grams of spaghetti
  • 1/4 of piece of onion
  • 2 leaves of laurel
  • to taste of Salt
  • 4 pieces of poblano pepper roasted and deveined
  • 1/2 Cup of Nestle media creama
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon
  • 1/3 of Cup of low fat milk
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 150 grams of spinach washed and disinfected
  • 3 slices of yellow cheese
  • 1/4 of piece of onion for the sauce

    Preparation

    In a pot add the pasta, onion, bay leaves, salt and water and cook until the pasta is cooked.
    Blend the poblano peppers with the onion, the chicken powder consommé, the half-cream, the yellow cheese and the spinach.
    In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and add the previous preparation.
    When it starts to boil, add the pasta, mix perfectly and serve.
