Try this delicious recipe of spaghetti poblano with spinach, it is simple to prepare and it is delicious. It is perfect to share with the family or on the occasion that you prefer.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams spaghetti
  • 1/4 onions
  • 2 leaves bay (laurel)
  • to taste salt
  • 4 poblano peppers, roasted and deveined
  • 1/2 cups Nestle media creama
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 1/3 cups low fat milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 150 grams spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 3 slices yellow cheese
  • 1/4 onions, for the sauce

Preparation

In a pot add the pasta, onion, bay leaves, salt and water and cook until the pasta is cooked.
Blend the poblano peppers with the onion, the chicken powder consommé, the half-cream, the yellow cheese and the spinach.
In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat and add the previous preparation.
When it starts to boil, add the pasta, mix perfectly and serve.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with fresh cheese.
