This delicious recipe for Chinese noodles with teriyaki sauce is super easy to make. It will only take you 20 minutes and it is the perfect combination of chicken and salsa.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 packages rice noodles, or Chinese noodles
  • 1 fresh scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 cup chicken, or pork cut into cubes

Preparation

The Chinese noodles are cooked for 10 minutes, drained well and added to a bowl.
It integrates teriyaki sauce and chives, mix until integrated.
If you wish you can add roasted chicken or pork cubes.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with chopped scallion so that it has more color.

TIPS

You can add extra vegetables such as zucchini or carrots.
