Ingredients

4 portions
  • 500 grams chicken breast, cooked and cut in cubes
  • 1 red pepper, yellow, green and orange
  • 1/2 bags frozen vegetable, (any combination Spring / July)
  • 2 packages spaghetti pasta
  • 2 tablespoons cream, or Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Water, or milk
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • vegetal oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or margarine
  • 3 tablespoons butter, extra for pasta
  • Water, to cook the pasta

Preparation

Heat in a pan the butter or margarine with the vegetable oil, and put to sauté the onion that we had previously chopped, allow it to change color a little and put the garlic that was already chopped.
Cut the pepper into strips or julienne not too thick but not too thin. Add to the pan with the onion and garlic.
Then put half the bag of frozen vegetables in the pan to sauté. When the vegetables begin to get tender add the chicken that we have previously cut into cubes.
Season to taste with salt and pepper, add cream or cream cheese and stir well, then add water or milk and cover the pan.
Allow the liquid to be consumed and stir constantly, check the seasonings and make sure it tastes good. Keep an eye on the pan.
While cooking our chicken and vegetables put in a pot with boiling water and salt our pasta and cook until it is soft but still firm (al dente) and drain.
Put the butter in a pan and add salt and pepper, then put the pasta to be seasoned. Reserve.
Finally, since we have ready the chicken with the vegetables and the pasta, put everything together and stir very well.

PRESENTATION

Put on a plate by twisting the pasta and put cheese on top.

TIPS
