Ingredients

6 portions
  • PAM® Oliva, extra virgin olive oil in spray
  • 6 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 100 grams elbow pasta , Boys
  • 2 basil, finely chopped
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 100 grams parmesan cheese, grated
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Clean and remove the pulp of the tomatoes, reserve.
Apart cook the pasta in enough boiling water, drain it, mix with the Parmesan cheese, basil, parsley, salt and pepper, and sprinkle 4 shots of PAM® Oliva.

PRESENTATION

3. Fill the tomatoes with the mixture of the pasta and serve accompanied by reduced fat cream if desired.

TIPS

When buying tomatoes, you must choose pieces at their optimum ripeness point, with smooth skin, without bumps or spots, when you have a higher vitamin C content.
