Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 pear, Bosc (coffee)
  • 1 tangerine
  • 1/4 carrots
  • 1 bitter orange

Preparation

Cut the pear in half. Reserve the roundest part.
Use the other half to make thin slices.
Separate the segments of the orange or tangerine, remove the bones and the white layer that covers it.
Form with the carrot the legs, take as a reference those of the photograph.
Place the pear with the brown side facing up on an extended plate. Mount the nose, eyes and legs.
Underneath the pear, place each of the slices in the same direction and when you reach the middle, change the direction. Do the same with the segments of orange or tangerine.

PRESENTATION

Use a little crumb and a cranberry cut in half to form the nose of the turkey. I recommend you use sesame seeds for your eyes.
